Shipping policy

Delivery time for unstitched and ready to wear articles is 2-4 working days Delivery time for customized stitching is 15-20 working days.

In Pakistan we charge Rs 200 for shipment amounting to less then or equal to Rs 5000, above Rs 5000 there are no delivery or shipping charges. For international customers shipping is calculated at checkout. Please Note Free shipping is not applicable on order exchange.

We use TCS, Swyft Logistics, Call Courier and WithRider Logistics depending upon your city to send all our shipments for prompt and timely deliveries in Pakistan. For International Customers We Use Dhl, Fedex And Ups.

Once your order is dispatched, we will email you and WhatsApp (If you have WhatsApp on your number) you the details of it with a link to track it and your unique tracking ID. MOTIFZ tries its level best to make deliveries in the most reasonable time possible. But order deliveries may be delayed in case of certain unexpected situations; MOTIFZ does not assume any responsibility of delayed deliveries, though it does everything in its power to avoid them.
