There is no refund policy only exchange is possible. You can exchange with any of our products from our online store with the following terms and conditions.

1. If you choose a higher value product to be exchanged against the original bought product, the difference amount has to be paid by you.
2. If you choose a lower value product to be exchanged against the original bought product, then you will receive a store credit voucher which can be used immediately or in future on our online store.
3. If you wish to exchange your product you will have to courier it back to our address , (Motifz Head Office 19 Km Off Ferozpur Road Lahore) and after confirmation of its receipt, we will issue you a store credit voucher which can be used at our online store immediately or in future.
4. If you wish to exchange your product, you will also have to pay courier charges for delivery of products to your destination.

Exchange will only be accepted if the following conditions are met.

1. If the returned product for exchange is not damaged, not used, not washed, not dried or strained in any way and has all the labels attached.
2. If the returned product is not purchased in sales promotions or discounts.
3. If the returned product is not MADE TO ORDER or not CUSTOMIZED.

If we have sent you wrong or damaged products you can exchange with any of our products from our online store with the following terms and conditions.

1. If the product is damaged or we have delivered a wrong product, you will have to courier it back to our manufacturing site in Pakistan, (Motifz Head Office 19 Km Off Ferozpur Road Lahore).
2. The damaged product or wrong item request will only be entertained at https://motifz.com.pk/pages/complain
3. When we receive the product, we will issue a store credit voucher deducting Rs 250 delivery charges which can be used at our online store immediately or in future.
