Beautiful but recieved Defected.

I received the dress and when I opened the parcel, dupatta was faded. But the suit was fine. Then I went to pia branch as address shown on Google map, but that branch has shifted somewhere else.
Then I went to emporium mall, they said this article is sold out and available at mmalam branch. I went there and asked them to exchange dupatta, the salesperson exchanged the dupatta in front from of me and packed that suit and asked me to see the other variety on shop, when I came back home I opened the suit I saw the shirt is also damaged from back. I realised he exchanged the whole suit without informing me. This time received the defected dupatta and shirt.
I have a worst experience.
Online shopping means u get the order at home without the hassle of going out in markets.
I ordered many suits from different brands online but have the worse experience from motifz. I got to know that this brand sells defected suits and cheat customers.
Now the customer care representative ask me to send this suit to an address and they exchange this, but I cannot trust again and do another hassle to send this as parcel coz I have already spent alot of my time, energy and petrol on it.
I ordered this online and want this to be exchanged at home, otherwise this suit is a waste garbage for me.
